Your licence to use Push & Ease (the "App") is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA", https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Supplemental Terms of Use ("Terms") add information specific to the App, such as alarm limitations and subscription details. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls. By using the App, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms.
1. What Push & Ease is
Push & Ease is an iOS app that offers lifestyle guidance related to sleep and daily rhythm. It includes sleep recording, a smart alarm with a backup alarm, a daily Push-Ease Index and suggestions, trends, and relaxation audio such as meditation and singing bowl tracks. Some features require a Push & Ease Plus subscription.
Important notice:
Push & Ease provides lifestyle guidance only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have health concerns, please talk to a doctor.
The App has no account system. We do not operate our own backend server, and the App does not offer cloud sync. The first version includes no analytics or crash-reporting tools.
2. Alarm limitations
The alarm is a convenience feature. Please read this section carefully.
Do not rely on Push & Ease as your only alarm. If you have something important to do, such as catching a flight, going to work or taking an exam, set at least one additional alarm on another device or by another method.
Silent Mode. On iOS 26 and later, once you allow the app to use alarms, the alarm sounds even in Silent Mode. On iOS 17–25, the app plays the alarm itself while sleep recording is running overnight. If the system closes the app, a notification is used instead, which may be silent in Silent Mode. On iOS 17–25, please turn Silent Mode off before bed to lower the chance of missing your alarm. If alarm or notification access is turned off, your alarm may not sound.
No guarantees. Alarms depend on your device, operating system, battery level, system settings (including Focus modes, volume and notification permissions) and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that an alarm will sound, or that it will sound at a particular time.
Backup alarm. The backup alarm is designed to sound at your latest wake-up time. The limitations above still apply.
Smart alarm. The smart alarm tries to wake you earlier within a window you set, based on sound events recorded on your phone. It may not trigger.
Low battery. If your battery is low, recording may stop and alarm behavior may change. We may send a local low-battery reminder.
3. Sleep recording, microphone and Apple Health
Microphone. The App uses the microphone only after you start sleep recording. Sound is analyzed on your phone in real time. It's never saved as a recording or uploaded.
What is kept on your phone. The App keeps only sound-event features and timestamps (for example, movement, snoring sounds, ambient sound and sleep talking), plus event summaries, your Push-Ease Index, suggestions, trends, your morning self-ratings and your routine answers (wake-up time, weekday/weekend, type of day tomorrow). This data is stored on your device. We mark the local feature data files to be excluded from iCloud and computer backups. Your history does not move to a new phone. Deleting the App deletes this data.
Separate consent. Before asking for microphone or Apple Health permission, the App shows a separate consent screen. You may decline. You can withdraw consent, stop sleep recording, or use "Delete all data" in Settings at any time.
Apple Health (optional, Plus). If you turn on Apple Health enhancement, the App reads only sleep analysis, heart rate variability (HRV) and resting heart rate. It does not write data back to Apple Health. This data is used only on your phone, is not uploaded and is not used for advertising.
Not a measurement tool. The index, suggestions and sound-event results are estimates for general reference. They can be incomplete or wrong, for example because of phone placement, room noise or a bed partner.
For details, see our Privacy Policy https://everoneai.cn/privacy-en.html.
4. Subscriptions and free trial
Plans. Push & Ease Plus is an auto-renewable subscription with an annual plan and a monthly plan. The price you see is the price shown in the App Store (and in the App, taken from the App Store). Prices are shown as the annual price displayed on the in-app purchase screen and your Apple receipt at the time of purchase and the monthly price displayed on the in-app purchase screen and your Apple receipt at the time of purchase in your local currency and may include taxes.
Paywall wording (with free-trial eligibility). "The annual plan includes a 14-day free trial, then renews at the annual price displayed on the in-app purchase screen and your Apple receipt at the time of purchase until you cancel. If notifications are on, we'll remind you 2 days before the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. To cancel, go to Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Monthly is the monthly price displayed on the in-app purchase screen and your Apple receipt at the time of purchase, renews automatically, no trial."
Paywall wording (not eligible for a trial). "The annual plan is the annual price displayed on the in-app purchase screen and your Apple receipt at the time of purchase and renews automatically until you cancel. To cancel, go to Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Monthly is the monthly price displayed on the in-app purchase screen and your Apple receipt at the time of purchase and renews automatically."
Paywall wording (already subscribed). "You're subscribed to Push & Ease Plus. Tap Manage Subscriptions to view or cancel."
How it works.
Free trial. The 14-day free trial is offered only to users who are eligible, as determined by Apple, and only on the annual plan. The monthly plan has no trial.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase (or, for a trial, when the trial ends, unless you cancel in time).
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For a paid period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel. Go to Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. You can also tap "Manage Subscriptions" in the App. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Trial-end reminder. If notifications are on, we send a local notification 2 days before the trial ends. This reminder is an extra courtesy. It depends on notification settings and your device. You remain responsible for cancelling on time. Apple does not send this reminder for us.
Payment and refunds. Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your bank card details. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
Restore purchases. You can restore purchases with the same Apple Account on a new device through "Restore Purchases".
Price changes. If the price changes, Apple will tell you and handle any consent that is required.
After a subscription ends. You return to the free tier. Your history stays on your phone. The smart alarm becomes the basic alarm and is set for your original latest wake-up time (Section 2 still applies). Paid features such as the index and suggestions return to a subscription prompt. Apple Health enhancement stops.
Mainland China. Users in Mainland China receive a reminder 5 days before each automatic renewal. See the Chinese Terms (Section 3, item 12).
5. Apple Standard EULA
The Apple Standard EULA applies to your use of the App. It covers, among other things, the scope of your licence, technical data, termination, external services, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, export and governing law. These Terms supplement it and do not replace it. If they conflict, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the App in violation of law or the rights of others
copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code or audio from the App, except where law does not allow this restriction
remove or interfere with security, licensing or subscription mechanisms
sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App or its content
use the App to record other people's sleep or sound without their knowledge and consent where required by law
use the App or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission
interfere with the App's operation or try to gain unauthorized access to it.
You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone else who may be recorded by sound-event analysis in your room.
7. Intellectual property and licensed audio
The App, including its software, design, text, index, suggestions and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Your licence to use the App is granted under the Apple Standard EULA (Section 5). These Terms do not grant any broader licence.
Meditation, singing bowl and other relaxation audio in the App is licensed to us by third parties or created for us. You may play this audio only inside the App. You may not extract, record, copy, share or reuse it.
If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the App without owing you compensation, to the extent allowed by law.
8. Third-party services
Your purchase and subscription are provided through Apple. Apple's terms and privacy practices apply to those services. The first version includes no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. An internal code check of the pre-release build on 2026-11-05 found no third-party SDKs. This will be checked again for the release build. If you choose to share crash or analytics data with developers in your iOS system settings, Apple collects it under Apple's terms.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make promises about results, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the App fits your particular purpose.
Sleep recording results, the index, suggestions and any alarm are for general lifestyle reference only (see Sections 1 to 3).
We are not responsible for losses caused by an alarm that did not sound or sounded late (see Section 2).
Local data is stored only on your device. If you delete the App, lose your device or use "Delete all data", we cannot recover it for you.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited, for example in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you may have legal rights, such as rights relating to digital content that is not as described or does not work as expected.
10. Limitation of liability
Limitation of liability is governed by the Apple Standard EULA. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
11. Children
The App is not directed to children under 16. If you are below the age of majority where you live, please use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for purchases. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that does not comply with these Terms, contact us at dev@everoneai.cn.
12. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the App or by another suitable way before they take effect, as required by law. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the App. Changes to subscription prices follow Section 4. We may change, suspend or stop features, and where we remove a paid feature in a way that matters, we will address it as required by law and Apple's rules.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App deletes the data stored on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription (see Section 4).
We may suspend or end your right to use the App if you materially breach these Terms or if law requires. After termination, the license in Section 7 ends. Sections that by nature should continue (including Sections 7, 9, 10 and 15) continue to apply.
